Questions
Do you need my Kick password?
Never. You log in through Kick’s official OAuth and can revoke access at any time.
I use Botrix. Can I keep my commands?
Yes. The import brings your commands, timers, banned words, viewer points and store items from Botrix, and works with Nightbot and StreamElements too. Nothing changes until you confirm, and you can undo it.
Is Winkom only for Tunisian streamers?
No. Winkom works for any Kick streamer. Tunisian chats get extra care: Guardian and WinkomBot understand Derja, in Latin letters or Arabic script.
Does it work if OBS crashes?
Yes. Timers, trains and games run on our servers; the overlay simply reconnects and catches up.
Will Guardian ban people by mistake?
Bans stay off unless you turn them on. Borderline matches are only deleted and sent to your review queue, and the AI alone never times out or bans anyone.
Is there gambling content?
No. Wheels and games only affect time, points and challenges — never money.
Can my viewers tip without an international card?
Not yet. Tips in dinars (D17, Flouci, Konnect) are on our roadmap, and we will say it here when they are ready. Today, Kick subs, gifts and KICKs already trigger your alerts.
