How Winkom talks to Kick
Kick sends your follows, subs, gifts, KICKs and chat to Winkom through official webhooks.
When you log in, Kick asks you to allow Winkom. After that, Kick sends events (follows, subs, gifted subs, KICKs, chat messages) to our servers in real time. Nothing is scraped and your stream key is never shown.
If events stop arriving
- 1Check the health card in the Control Room.
- 2Log out and log in again with Kick: this renews the connection.
- 3Still nothing after a few minutes? Open a ticket and say what time it stopped.
