Who and what
These terms are an agreement between you and Mohamed Yassine Cherif, Athis-Mons (91200), France, which runs Winkom. By signing in or using Winkom (the website, the dashboard, the overlays, the Viewer Hub, the apps and the chat bot), you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Winkom.
How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
Your Kick account
You sign in with Kick through Kick’s official login. You must follow Kick’s terms of service and community guidelines when you use Winkom, on stream and in chat. Winkom is independent and is not made, endorsed or supported by Kick.
You are responsible for what happens on your channel, including what team members you add (editors, moderators) do in the dashboard.
Price
Winkom is free to start. If we introduce paid plans, we will say clearly what is paid and what stays free before anything changes, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.
Points, games and giveaways
- Channel points are earned by watching and taking part. They cannot be bought with money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- There is no betting, wagering or gambling in Winkom, with points or anything else.
- Streamers who run giveaways are responsible for their own rules, prizes and the law that applies to them.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload or write (sounds, images, videos, commands, messages). You give us permission to store, process and show it only so Winkom can run the features you use, for example playing your alert on your overlay.
Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Music and clips you don’t have the rights to can get your stream muted or taken down. We remove content when we receive a valid rights complaint.
Fair use
Don’t use Winkom to:
- post illegal content, or harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
- send spam, mislead viewers or impersonate someone;
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of Winkom, or access data that isn’t yours;
- share your overlay link or account access with people you don’t trust (your overlay link works like a password).
We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these rules, to protect streamers, viewers and the service.
Moderation and AI features
Guardian, WinkomBot and the other automatic features help you, but they can make mistakes: a message can be missed or removed by error, and an AI answer can be wrong. You stay in control of your channel and of what you show on stream, and you can turn each feature off.
The service
Winkom is new and changes often. We work to keep it available and secure, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it will always work without interruption. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something important, we will tell you ahead of time when we can.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost revenue, lost viewers or a missed stream, caused by using or not being able to use Winkom. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Stopping
You can stop using Winkom at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). Removing Winkom from your stream is as simple as deleting the browser source in OBS.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Before going to court, write to us from the support page: most problems are solved there.
If we change these terms, we update this page and its date. For important changes we tell you in the dashboard before they apply.
