The bot doesn’t answer in chat
Usually a chat mode blocks it, or the bot account was disconnected.
- 1Open the Chat bot card in the Control Room. If it says “disconnected”, reconnect the bot account.
- 2Type /mod followed by the bot’s name in your chat.
- 3Check the command is turned on in Custom commands and its cooldown has passed.
- 4Only the official Kick chat is used: messages in other apps are not seen.
