- 1Send a test alert from the Control Room. The overlay is empty when nothing happens: that is normal.
- 2Check the OBS source is 1920 × 1080 and visible in the current scene.
- 3Copy the URL again from the Overlay page: an old URL stops working after a reset.
- 4Right-click the source → Refresh. Make sure the two “shutdown/refresh” boxes are unticked.
- 5Check the module is turned on in Modules.
