Kick chat bot commands: built-ins, custom commands, timers

WinkomBot is a shared Kick bot account that answers in your chat through Kick’s official chat API. There is nothing to create: log in with Kick and the commands below work. Make it a moderator so its replies get through slow mode and followers-only chat.

Meet WinkomBot

Step 1: make WinkomBot a mod

Type /mod WinkomBot in your Kick chat, or add it in Kick’s Moderators settings. The Chat bot page has a copy button and a “Send a hello in my real chat” check.

Built-in commands

1. 1Everyone: !commands lists your commands, !uptime says how long you have been live, !followage and !followers answer with what Winkom has seen (Kick shares neither follow dates nor the total).
2. 2Mods: !title and !game change the stream title and category from chat.
3. 3Mods: !addcom !name reply makes a command, !editcom changes it, !delcom removes it, !editcounter deaths 10 sets a counter.
4. 4Mods: !test follow (or sub, resub, gift 5, kicks 500, tip, raid 20) plays a test alert on stream. No points, nothing counted.

Tip · Each built-in can be switched off or reworded. A custom command with the same name always wins.

Custom commands

Open Chat bot → Commands and press add. A command has a name (Arabic names work), up to 5 aliases and a reply of up to 450 characters. You can keep up to 200.

1. 1Variables: {user}, {target}, {args}, {count}, {random}, {channel}, {uptime}, {points}, {hub}.
2. 2Who can use it: everyone, subs, VIPs, mods, only you, or nobody (button only).
3. 3Cooldowns: 5 seconds for the whole chat by default, plus an optional per-viewer cooldown.
4. 4Counters: name it !deaths+ and each use adds one; !deaths shows the count.
5. 5Keyword replies: answer when a message starts with, contains or ends with a word.
6. 6A points price, if you want one. The points are refunded if the bot can’t answer.

Timers

Timers post a message on a schedule, only while you are live. Each has an interval (15 minutes by default, 5 to 240) and a minimum number of chat messages since its last post (10 by default), so a quiet chat is never spammed. Timers are spaced at least 2 minutes apart. Ready-made ones post your viewer page link, a follow reminder or your commands list.

Other features add their own commands

Turning a feature on adds its commands: !points and !daily for points, !tts for text to speech, !sr for song requests, !goal for goals, !so for shoutouts and !clip for clips, among others. !commands always shows the current list.
